A staged home is an effective way of emphasizing a property's strengths and minimizes its weak points. It allows your home to be shown at its maximum potential.
How we
Stage
We start by depersonalizing. This is an important first step because buyers don’t want to feel like they’re purchasing somebody else’s home. They want it to feel as though it’s theirs. We then minimize the clutter, and maximize the space, allowing as much light and air as possible to enter your home. We stage homes in all of Metro Vancouver.
Our Goal
We have three main objectives when staging your home. First, we aim to provide an atmosphere of universal appeal to your property, both inside and out. Second, we will emphasize the positive attributes of the property. Lastly, we focus on improving the perceived size of your home.
